Each fine will have approximately an $80 court surcharge.

 

In addition to carrying heavy fines, speeding tickets also take points off of your license. Once you reach 11 points, your license is suspended.

• 11-20 Miles Over Speed Limit: 4 points
• 21-30 Miles Over Speed Limit: 6 points
• >40 Miles Over Speed Limit: 11 points
